Naughty granny is a great one, you should change your name Canadianlori!

Zigs- I forgot about the soldering method, that makes a lot of sense and much safer to do than an all out weld!

Looking good there Zigs, I like the traditional English design and colors. The red and purple arch is very nice.

My daughter does stained glass, she likes nature subjects, typically smaller designs. She does her own patterns and color schemes.

Your work is lovely Zigs. Sunlight through lead light really is quite ethereal. I did try it years ago but didn't master the soldering bit. I have to be creative in other ways. I trained as an art teacher and enjoy drawing but now I mainly draw in the garden!:):p It actually would be nice to have a piece of lead light in the garden reflecting its colors.....now I have another project!!!!:p

That one is beautiful Zigs, you did a good job making it. I used to think that stained glass was only for windows, but making garden decorations out of it is very creative.

Nice zigs! I'd be kinda nervous about those tiny bits of glass, have worked with glass before and I only kept cutting myself. I now have longer nails which sadly make me clumsy, lol. I guess that would mean even more cuts for me.

That's fantastic! I had no idea you could even do that :) What's your next project?

Neither did I :D

Got a roadkill Badger in the flower press :)

Lovely! Ive always wanted to do that but the expense was prohibitive. I just do Gallery Glass paint now, lol. Keep up the great work!

I get the lead from Amazon by doing surveys that pay in Amazon vouchers, just taken delivery of this lot and still got £80 left in the account :) So it only costs my time really.
