Having bought some young plants and being told they are cauliflower I'm now certain they are not and I'm almost certain they are a type of cabbage but I've never seen cabbages this big. Has anyone got any ideas what they are
Agreed. My poorly done experience with cauliflower looked just like that.
In my experience, above 75 deg F can easily induce bolting in cauliflower.
Yes, this is what I was saying.I was always taught to turn some leaves in to cover the curd to protect it from sun as this could/will turn it yellow.
