Could you please tell me the name of this flower/shrub? I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and this type of plant is commonly found in the front yard. Thanks for the help!

Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

New Zealand Tea-tree (Leptospermum scoparium), an evergreen shrub or small tree, in the Myrtle Family, (Myrtaceae), native to New Zealand. The plants pictured in the OP are all double-flowered cultivars. The first photo might be Leptospermum scoparium 'Ruby Glow'. The second and third photos might be Leptospermum scoparium 'Gaiety Girl'.
