Is this a weed?!

Hello, just wondered if anyone can tell me if this is or isn't a weed? I don't remember planting it but it has appeared amongst my other flowers and is very tall!! Bonus points if someone can tell me the name of it. Many thanks

This is an annual willow-herb, probably Epilobium ciliatum. It seeds about readily and is usually treated as a weed.
