Growing rye fodder for rabbits

We raise meat rabbits. And want to supplement their diet with rye fodder. We have 6 adults and a lot of kits to grow out. And pellets are 40 bucks a bag.
We've never done this but researched a lot. Any suggestions would be great

I know what rye is but is rye fodder the seed sprouts?

I looked it up, I know what you mean. I've grown lots of similar to rye for my own consumption. I use large plastic containers but for a large ongoing crop you could build a frame and large stackable wooden shelves to grow it in. It takes no time to grow so you would have a steady supply. If that is what you ment.

Sounds good but remember they will have the runs until they adjust.
