I have 3 Dwarf Gold Mop Cypress bushes in pots for 3 years and now the middle one doesn't look too good. I noticed that it's the only one that has a load of crabgrass and weeds in it. Could this be causing the problem? I will remove them as soon as I can get some time now that the weather is getting warmer. Will fertilizing it help revive it or is it lost? Attached is

Three years in the same pot? I definitely would check it to see if it is root bound. If it is, the others will also soon show signs of demise.
