Carrots?

I planted carrots in planters on my porch. All but one of the plants are identical and the leaves look like carrots. A single plant looks different - see bottom left in the attached photo. Incidentally, this one was the first to begin to bloom. No seeds besides carrots were planted in this planter, and the planter is on a 3rd floor porch, so it is unlikely that any type of weed could have reached it. Any idea what this may be?

Looks like some kind of grass but it's definitely not a carrot. Seems that sometimes people get little surprises in their seed packs. The other day I discovered one of my jalapeno plants from a seed pack turned out to be a bell pepper plant.

It also could have been in the soil. When I start seedlings indoors during winter I sometimes find weeds pop up from the potting soil.
