If you do cook the stuffing first, make sure it's cooled down before putting it into the bird.
If you keep it a "simple" stuffing, such as already cooked onions and celery (the later two cold) then the bread cubes are done of course. add the seasoning and throw it into the bird.

I know what I'm doing,so I'm not worried about not cooking it properly.:)

You could well have many of the talents of a public safety/health awareness educator without blowing your own trumpet,@Logan! And that's what endears you to us!

I am now thinking of Boxing Day Dinner, New Year's dinner with no Turkey .. I just don't fancy Turkey. A dinner to your place, Logan, might change all that! :D:LOL: Just the very thought cheers me up..

I fancy a sirloin or rump steak rare or medium .. more than anything else.

I have no talents in the kitchen or garden and I'm still happy ..
That's great, I'd rather be in the garden.:)
When hubby was working i didn't make any jam tarts,he would always have sandwiches. But now i have to make time to do them.

Not everybody likes turkey, they think it's dry.
You are more than welcome.:)

Or like me, go to supermarket and get three at 28p each. I don't even like the sweetness of them and have to wash it down with dollops of icecream, but I didn't really want to argue with 28p. That would sound pathological! Hehe!
