We are new to raspberries and planted these from bare root. I had to first grow them in pots due to the company delivering them in April when our ground was still frozen and just two weeks ago planted them in the soil. They have the right amount of water I believe but have since had these white spots developing. Some on the lower leaves look like but pressure but this is now happening in the top leaves. Whatever it is, it doesn’t rub off.
