I got my travelers palm less then a month ago from the Netherlands (shipped to Sweden) and it has since gotten more and more brown. Is there anything to do or should I just throw it away? I’d doesn’t look good at all

No please don't throw it away because its not that bad yet. The new soil and the size of the container can be difficult at first for a plant to get adjusted to. Also the change in the lighting environment can cause a slow down. Can you post a photo of the plant in the new container so I can see what you have?

I know it might be too small but it was the only one I had at home.

That is perfect size for now and you planted it just right too. They like small containers so they can grow dense compact roots. When you water take the plant out of pretty container and water until you get a drop or two out the bottom. Don't let it set in water (EVER) and then allow the top inch to dry before watering again. Use your finger to feel the inside of the pot and soil when its time to water. Make sure your Travelers Palm gets plenty of indirect bright light for as much as the day as possible. They do well under 8hr of fluorescent lighting or under skylights in office buildings. Be patient I think you are ok for now.
