Leaf curl on apple trees

I have some leaf curl on my apple trees along with some aborted fruit. However I can't tell if it is from insect or lack of water. I have 3 trees and they all are showing leaf curl but not to the same degree.

I have sprayed for disease yesterday with immunox but I don't want to spray for insects if I don't have to.

Uncurl a leaf and look for aphids!

I did and I didn't find any bugs. That's why I thought it might be the lack of water.

We have had many trees dyeing because we have not had substantial rain for over a year.

I have a pretty good size Peach Tree I water regular. Had to replant several and I'm keeping them watered.

I had to replace two Apple Trees because it's wall to wall Cedars and mine weren't Cedar Rust Resistant.
