Is this yellow curl leaf?

Does anybody know if this is yellow curl leaf, or another plant disease to be concerned about? Should remove the plant?

On the top picture I don't think it is a disease although it does resemble cucumber mosaic virus. I am more inclined to think it is herbicide poisoning. The reason for this is because of the malformed leaves. They aren't just curled it is more than that. I don't know of any disease that does this. You need to take a limb to your extension agent to find out for sure. On the second picture I think the yellowing is simply a nutrient deficiency, probably iron or manganese.
