I bought an Alocasia Cucullata from the store a while ago. It grew a new leave and since then, already 3 older leaves turned yellow and died. I heard it's normal for Alocasias to kill an older leaf when a new one grows, but isn't 3 too much?
More info: I let the soil dry out between waterings, the soil has good drainage. I have never fertilized it since I got it and the bottom roots seem a bit root bound. What could be the issue?
