Is a mouse destroying the ivy on my house?

Hi....I wanted to post an update (a happy one)...I have managed my mouse situation....and now I have new buds of Ivy growing on the previously denuded ivy branches. So I really believe a family of mice were responsible for stripping off the leaves. I posted a pic of the newly opening buds. Thank you!
