Mickey Mouse Plant Leaves not unfurling completely

May I know if anyone knows why the leaves of my Mickey Mouse plant have these curly leaves. The newest leaf to come out is not opening at all but the ears are still very prominent. The variegation looks beautiful though but I miss the large fanlike leaves. Appreciate your help.

Those are beauties . I had one but either over or under watered it as did great for a year and that was it .

Do you keep it in full sun , water routine ?
