Infestation of white fly(small moth) killing my flowers

Im going to buy some spray - unless anyone wants to give me 200 lady bugs

First properly identify the insect pest. Is it whitefly (Hemiptera), a white fly (Diptera), or a small moth (Lepidoptera)? There are treatments that are effective for some insects that are not effective for others. Also which types of plants are being afflicted and what is their location (indoors or out?) and growing conditions.

also a pity that the "Venus fly trap" & its other variations dont do well in Australia - Only in Asia & South America -Australia not Humid enough !
