Garlic, leek, what are they?

I don't know what these are planted on the border of my garden.

They look like spring onions to me.

Hard to read the tape measure, are they really four foot tall? Looks like you will have a flower soon, that may help. There are some ornamental aliums that get pretty tall.

Looks like solo garlic to me. It's not leaks, I have both tame and wild leeks (wild ramps) and neither look like that. Solo garlic is one clove like an onion rather then segments like in regular garlic.

It's possible now that I look at them again that they could be wild leeks but the leaves don't look broad enough.
