Carolina Reaper leaves turning yellow

Hi, i recently transplanted my hot peppers from 4 inch pots to large 7.5L pots. I have 7 of them in pro mix HP and 2 of them in pro mix garden and vegetable soil. I was watering them just around the base with 20 20 20 as to not drown them but then AI told me to drench the pots and i did that. The pots have been wet for about 4 days now and now the top (new growth) leaves on some of the plants are yellowing and shriveling up. Now AI and the plant doctor app have me buying cal mag/chelated iron to fix the problem due to pro mix hp having no nutrients but this morning i noticed the worst yellowing is on one of the plants in the gardening soil that is supposed to have all those nutrients allready in it. I'm thinking i probably just watered too much so im letting them dry out with fingers crossed but if there are any hot pepper experts here with ideas on how to fix this and/or any good tips on feeding these plants in the future i would appreciate the help.

Pro Mix is made from peat moss and perlite. It is much better suited for starting. seedlings. Peat has zero nutritional values. Its claim to fame is moisture retention and fungicidal properties. If using Pro Mix you must use additional fertilizers. I am an organic gardener so I am biased on fertilizers. In your case I would us a fertilizer such as Espoma. It is not too late to remove the repotted plants and place them into a good garden soil

I know nothing of "Pro Mix" , but the plants in any case don't look too bad and the "yellow" leaves just seem to be new growth. Personally I don't go that far with organics (wish I could/would) and would use "Chilli Focus" at 1/2 strength . I'm sure there are other organic equivalents out there, but suspect none should be used yet at full strength.

Those plants look fine to me considering they were just recently transplanted and heavily watered. Be very careful about fixing plants that are not broken. Better is often the enemy of good. Too much water is as bad as not enough.

Are those 7.5 l pots the intended growing destination? If so, I suggest they are too small...minimum of 20L pots, but in ground far better for growing those peppers out.

When they say drench they assume you have grit (not grits) or perilite in your soil for good drainage and you let the water completely drip out before placing them back where they came from. You can feed them with tomato feed in your watering can but follow instructions for ratio. Leaves may be turning yellow due to sun burn. Better to water them when the sun is not on them. If you want you can turn them into bush plants by snipping the growing tip off when about 1 foot high or just let them to grow. I prefer sniping due to height constraints.

Once a week or so I submerge the pot of my chillies to within 1-2cm from the top for 5-10 minutes. In between they get a daily cup or 2 with full feed every 2-3rd watering. I would do a web check for your specific chillies as I know they are moderately difficult to grow.
