Can I move Lilies in the spring?

I planted some Lilium bulbs last spring, and they did well and flowered beautifully last year. I would like to move them to a new location in the same bed. They are spouting (a few inches tall). Can I dig them up and move them now?

I agree. I have also transplanted daylilies in the Spring.
