My Baby Sister has talked me into trying Organic. I've been trying.

Thinking about getting Heirloom Seeds but will it be worth it with me liking more than one variety and my neighbors?

Maybe this Fall. Plus I'm thinking Tourist will find Heirlooms unique and buy more.

There are literally hundreds of different varieties of heirloom tomatoes, peppers and everything else. Many many more than the hybrid varieties you see on seed racks. Send off for free catalogues from Rare Seeds, Tomato Growers, Seeds N Such, Totally Tomatoes etc. The only thing negative about heirlooms is that you don't know if a variety will grow in your soil and/or climate, but the same can be said for hybrids as well. Each year I will buy a variety I have never heard of. Sometimes they produce well, sometimes not and sometimes not at all. But seeds are cheap and if they produce well you can save the seeds, unlike hybrids.
