what flower seed can i plant now (fall)?

in a month or so i'll be cleaning all the hyacinths out of my pond. i usually throw them on a mound i try to grow flowers on every year like compost/mulch.

i'm wondering what seeds i can throw on the mound before i do this. i guess the kind of things you plant for next spring, but i don't know what names to look for. thanks for any help.

Many native plant seeds need to be planted in Autumn or Winter, at least where I live.
