If you don't let sweet pea flowers fade on the plant will they still develop seed pods?

I started alot of sweet peas last winter and they're starting to flower now so I'm planning on picking them regularly, but I also want to collect plenty of seeds from them to use again next year, will the seed pods still appear if I continue to pick flowers all season?

Also how much sunlight do cut sweet peas prefer?

Thanks

The flowers need to be left on the plants to produce seed pods, but there's no reason why you can't cut enough for your needs and leave some on the plants to produce pods.

I don't think it will make a lot of difference how much sun they have when cut for indoors.
