Hey guys this is my first post I was given 2 plants from a client, who is a keen gardener, I only see them 4 times a year and the plant she gave me keeps getting red markings on the leaf and then starts to brown off I've taken two pictures your advice is greatly appreciated.

Such changing/dicolouration of plant foligae does not neccessarily mean a disease. Many plants' foliage changes colour during the season, take for instance the Vitis family.

The rest look OK....do what I do and chop the naff bits off
As it's at the plant's base perhaps it got a bit too wet during watering, best to water from below by standing the plant in a container of water maybe.

The plant is Geranium palmatum, native to Madeira. The plant pictured looks very healthy, in my opinion. It is just preparing to shed its oldest leaf. Most plants, especially rosette plants, cycle through foliage in such a manner.
