#1 I don't know.

#2 Looks like some sort of ficus benjamina. Very popular for usage as decoration around here.

#2 seems right! I just looked it up, it's also called the 'Weeping fig'.
Now I can focus on finding out what #1 is.

1 I'm not sure but I will take a longshot at it and most likely wrong but maybe a Ligustrum of some kind (New Zealand Privet)

Unfortunately, it isn't a Ligustrum.
The leaves have rounded edges and a slight shine; not as shiny as a ZZ plant.
