I have attached a picture of my fruit tree, the yellow things on the leaves happened recently on the entire tree. Just wonder if anyone could tell me what are these yellow things?

What type of tree. I cannot make out the shape of the leaves.

I bought four fruit tree at the same time online, a pear, a plum, a cherry and an apple. I don't know which is this as the label has gone.

The picture is the same one you posted earlier, I need a different picture, a good one, to make sure. But, if it is an apple tree leaf it has what is called Cedar Apple Rust. Other fruit trees have similar diseases but they are treated different.
