We're considering planting a few Red Crape Myrtle Trees on one of our hillsides - petite/dwarf varieties that top out around 6'.

Appreciate hearing from those who have had experience growing these smaller varieties, and if there any any issues we should keep in consideration.

There are also shrub type varieties, which we may also consider. Seems to be an endless variety and color of this drought tolerant plant. :)

We've decided on planting a few "Enduring Summer Red" Crape Myrtle - a smaller drought tolerant shrub variety. :)
