I have a 10-yr old Fuyu persimmon. This year for the first time I have issues. 1. There is a black spot on the flower end extends about 1 inch in. 2. There are dimples on the skin that appear to be corky in the flesh. Am thinking that might be CBSB damage. Usually it is just bird damage I have to contend with. My older Fuyu persimmon has no damage whatsoever. Any thoughts on the black?

It could be blossom end rot if they get that sort of thing.
