I bought this at a grocery store today. It looks like a Peperomia Ginny to me... any other ideas?

I agree, this does look like Peperomia clusiifolia 'Ginny' (the cultivar is also referred to as 'Jelly' or 'Tricolor'). There is less red edging on the leaves of the OP plant than in most pictures P. clusiifolia 'Ginny', but there is some pink color. The reduction in red pigment may be due to cultural conditions, such as being grown in less light, or it could be due to a genetic sport (somatic mutation).
One report states that Peperomia clusiifolia is endemic to Jamaica, while another claims its native range as the Caribbean and Venezuela.
