Is this just a weed?

This came up in my garden. We dug everything that was there up, lay out a garden tarp and placed mulch over it. And then I started placing plants in pots. I guess a weed came through or something. I have a mushroom somewhere that grew and also this. It looks important lol. Maybe it’s just a weed? Can anyone help me identify?

That looks like morning glory to me. I'm curious what growing zone you are in? I'm in zone 8 and they are popping up everywhere.
