I thought it's just a creeper will be easy to remove by pulling it out, after few days it would again come up, so I dug up a little in order to remove the root system. It was storing food in the root in shape of bulb. After few days it showed up and I continued to remove them. Lately, I was preparing bed to transfer few herb while digging found a long stolon, I removed soil along it and found more bulbs of the same plant.

What is this plant, how to get rid of it, it's root system is spreading and growing underground?

Don't know what it is,but spraying with a glysophate based weed killer should do the trick .

You may have to do it more than once, it is not immediate ,so give at least 14 days to work.

I don't know either, but that type of root system tends to be stimulated by pulling, grows even more vigorously!

I agree that glycophosphate (brand name RoundUp here) may be your only bet. It works best on maturing/mature leaves, as that's how the herbicide is delivered to the roots. Spraying it on the tubers or very immature leaves won't do much.
