I started repotting my cacti and I have a question..

I use 2 T5 HO 3ft length and the distance from the light is 8-12 inches. Is this enough lights for cacti?

Update, I was hooked on greenovias now that I am starting a collection. The fairy garden is almost complete with LED lighting on the pathways. The top portion I am planning to collect greenovias..

Update: I added a 3000K to my lighting to add a little more red spectrum..
