I use 2 T5 HO 3ft length and the distance from the light is 8-12 inches. Is this enough lights for cacti?

:):):) Update, I was hooked on greenovias now that I am starting a collection. The fairy garden is almost complete with LED lighting on the pathways. The top portion I am planning to collect greenovias..

I finally finish it. Both the grow light and the night lighting are on timer..The glitter does look like starry night when you take a photo. It does glitter like stars when I walk around it..
