Trees are already bending scarily in the gusts

Got candles, 12 volt solar batteries are charged for the lights. Just going to put batteries in the radio.

We just had a cracking thunderstorm, but aside from a lot of rain and noise it wasn't that bad

Sounds like you are well prepared zigs, I hope it's ok in the end!

Took the batteries out of the radio, no way to turn it off of standby. The more advanced we get, the more they mess things up.
