Last plant with issues

Some of the leaves look like below not sure whats up

Christmas Palm (Adonidia merrillii), also known as Manila Palm, is native to Palawan and Danjugan in the Philippines, but is planted widely due in the tropics duet to its small size, elegantly arching fronds, and bright red 'Christmas berry' fruit.

Chewing/rasping damage by some type of insect or slugs/snails is a likely possibility. Visit your palm an hour or so after sunset with a flashlight in the hope of finding and identifying the pest responsible.
