Camellia cutting

Hello all, I have a camellia cutting that is struggling in its pot. It has a plastic bag over it but does that need to stay on 24/7? Also, how much water does it need and do i need to protect it from the cold? Should i bring it indoors at night?

It would have been good if you explained the exact symptoms of the 'struggling' Camellia cutting. It is also very helpful to post photos of the plant and its environment.

There are numerous varying protocols for rooting Camellia cutting, but in general, Camellia cuttings will benefit from humidity, mild bottom heat, and the application of rooting hormone.
