Camellia sinensis: What's wrong?

Hey Everyone!

Just wondering what might be wrong with my camellia sinensis.

The soil should be well draining (Mix of perlite and potting compost for herbs)

I would discard the afflicted leaves with rubbish to be taken away and check for bugs.
