Last summer we had a very dry summer and I admittedly did a poor job of watering. My burning bushes made it through, but not without some dead spots. Overall they seem pretty healthy with plenty of growth still coming from the inside out. Should I just bite the bullet and thin out these dead spots so new growth can eventually take over?
