Backyard Canopy's

Hi,

Any tips on an outdoor pop-up canopy put on a cement ground? Would like to put a TV and lights inside it also. TVs mounts for these things seem pretty expensive. 10x10 or 9x9 area is fine. Weights vs. sandbags?
