They're walking around in a web so I assume they're spiders. Theres a bunch of them. They're so tiny its kinda cute. Spiders are beneficial cause they eat pests. Should i just break off the mustards they're crowding around and put them outside?

They might be spiders. They are probably spider mites. I wouldn't take the chance. Destroy them.

They do sound like spider mites, actually. They aren't actual spiders and won't protect your plant from other bugs. They will, in fact, overpower the plant, and eventually destroy it. I often have these pests accumulate on my miniature roses and washing them off just doesn't seem to end the problem for me. I always miss some apparently, and then they come back to haunt me stronger than ever... usually when I'm not looking and therefore, they have the opportunity to totally destroy my rose plants.
