Anyone sprouting beans or seeds to eat straight away?

You can substitute the chily with whatever you like :) You need to experiment and see what works best for you. I haven't tried this without chili, but I am sure it can be done.
Experimenting is fun:) I think I'll try to substitute chilies with radishes. Lately, I've been obsessed with radishes. I always have a few of them with me and I eat them almost all the time, lol;) I became a radish addict! They're my current favorite vegetables.
