I have 3 Aloe Vera plants in my conservatory and for the last 2 years they have flowered- which is brilliant. However the flowers leak a sticky sap all over the leaves and on to the floor. I have been able to clean floor with disinfectant and washing up liquid but not sure what to use to clean leaves as they are sticky and some of the flowers have landed in these.
Does anyone have any suggestions as I have done searches and everyone seems to think it is the yellow stuff leaking from leafs - which it definitely is not and there are no bugs producing this or on plants.
