11 month old Bermuda sod

We’re in San Antonio TX and last year we had to put new Bermuda sod in our backyard.
I forgot that we weren’t supposed to put fertilizer of any kind just yet.
Well, I put down pre emergent last month because I forgot the rule with new sod.
And now my grass is struggling! Parts look so dead even with constant watering and it’s already spring.
Anything I can do to help my lawn??
