Nice patio tiling.
The usual problem with jade plants is overwatering, but that looks like a well established plant that has not had enough light, hence the lack of leaves, on the other hand if it has been indoors and it gets full Moroccan sun it can get 'sunburn'.
Was that the advice you wanted? Any specific questions?

Just thinking, whereabouts in Morocco? The climate must vary considerably between say Marrakesh, Tangiers, and Casablanca. Almost desert, next to Europe, and the Atlantic coast.

Thank you Oliver for your comment, yes it was exposed to the day sun, is it not Worth split it i to different pots, i usualy dont water until its dry
