Hello, Would appreciate some advice on whether there is any way back for a very sorry looking olive tree.

Bought 2 olive trees kept in pots for London UK garden last spring.

By end of winter one is healthy and the other as per pictures.

I think the tree in question was water logged as soil very boggy.

Not sure if any steps I can take to "revive" tree?

Many Thanks in advance

Scratch some bark off of the trunk. If you see any greenish color at all the tree is still alive but, if all you see is brown it is dead. From what the pictures show it is dead but looks can be deceiving so do the scratch test. If dead it will not ressurrect or revive itself

Looks dead to me. Aren't olive trees native to hot dry Mediterranean regions? It probably hates the cold wet UK weather.
