Where do you buy your plant seeds?

I don't want to buy plant starts anymore because they are expensive. Where do you buy your plant seeds from? Links would be helpful.

I've heard of the rare seed shop (something like that) but I can't find it. Links for that would help too.

Try seedsnow.com for small quantities. They have .99 sampler packs that are great for small growers. Baker Creek is also a good supplier of unusual varieties (rareseeds.com)

Recently, I got interested in native gardening and found this seedling nursey here in Ontario. They have huge varieties of native plants which require less maintenance. They have also provided the price list and catalogue on their website.
