I think it's Lonicera (Honeysuckle). Perhaps @Tetters would confirm this for us please.

Hello Alison, welcome to the forums - as @Sheal says, it is a honeysuckle - with the red stems it's likely to be one of the pink/red ones, but might be able to confirm once it does bloom. It looks like a well mature plant (I know the feeling)
