What has happened to my Photinia and is it fatal?

Hi Folks

All of my photinia dotted around my garden (4 of them) are looking very sad - see photo. Does anyone know what the cause is and also if these can be saved?

I'd hazard a guess they have been dried out at some point?

They've been in the garden amongst other bushes, which don't show any similar issues and regularly watered.

My other thoughts were too much water, lack of drainage or too much sun.

Unfortunately the other possibility is fire-blight, didn't know photinia were prone to it.

Just looked up fire blight and that definitely looks like what I have and it is apparently one of the top 5 diseases that Photinia suffer from! Oh well off to the bin they go
