I can definitely see why you have so many leaves in the fall...very nice!
And that is only the back property, front property has about 15 same trees. Every year I think of finding a company with one of those huge vacuum truck things, and a few men , just for the front and the side to suck it all up and take it away. Older i get the more its appealing, Maybe the back part also one day. You should see the drag pile we have now, it is up to my shoulders, a mix of tarp drag and ground up leaves from the baskets, we rotate areas as it seems to take over two years to break all down.

Yes, some got a little brown ting on them from a cold spell two nights ago. but the fresh ones are ok. I have another on the other side. Also two star magnolias. One more bunch of daffodils to freshly open in a bout a week, good small buds on them mow. The fresh green tree next to the tulip m. is a Japanese maple.

Unfortunately, I've managed to kill a couple of those. That one looks great.
I know there is a company that carries so many types, forgot the name, maybe one of them they carry would suit your climate better. Strange thing happening on the ground under this one, it is like nothing grows under it, i know it gives off dense shade, so all there is, is the leaves, should not complain, less work for me.

That one also throws seeds, and babies appear in the spring. Right now in the circle about it found 3 babies, about 2 feet tall, made it through winter. Not sure what we will do with it. probably did up, pot them.
