Trying to rehab and identify a plant

Hi friends! I am trying to rehab this plant. But first I need to know what it is so I can figure out how to care for it. Does anyone know the name of this beautiful plant? Thanks!!

Hello! :)
This is similar to one of the types of Philodendron. Probably, Philodendron radiatum.

Definitely some type of philodendron. They don't like frequent watering and filtered light is perfect. In general they are hardy plants, as long as they get the right amount of water and no light extremes such as a lot of direct sunlight, or too little sunlight.
