New piece of land, used to be farmed with chemicals 3 years ago (so last 2 years left untouched). I want to soon get these land all certified organic. Sounds like 3 years is the timeframe. This year I want to make good decisions on my seeds not to jepordize it. Here is what I'm planting:

- Sweet Corn (about 2 acres worth)
- Cucumbers
- Watermelon

Looking at Sweet Corn seeds, assuming i need to stay on the untreated side like this: https://alseed.com/product/luscious/?

Yes, presumably so, but you need to direct all such questions to the proper regulatory bodies, be they governmental, NGO, or private. Hopefully there are resources and programs available for counseling and educating prospective growers for little or no cost.

To be certified organic is a very involved process. I thought about getting certified but the red tape and certifications were just too expensive. The following link may be of help.
